Your Role as AI Change Leader

As our AI Change Leader, you will:

• Be a part of leading and driving our year-long AI Industry Program, collaborating with the most prominent companies in Sweden and Silicon Valley.
• Work closely with senior executives and decision-makers in Sweden and Silicon Valley to craft strategies for applying AI in real-world business contexts.
• Organize inspiring events, workshops, and conferences, both physical and digital, that bring together thought leaders and industry pioneers.
• Act as a key advisor to our CEO, contributing to the company’s overall strategy and vision.
• Build long-lasting relationships and create opportunities that drive innovation and business growth across sectors.

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for AI and leadership. You are:

• Educated: You have a university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in engineering, business, or management.
• Experienced: You bring proven leadership experience in strategy, long-term business development, and relationship-building. Bonus points if you’ve worked with both the public and private sectors.
• A Creator: You have a knack for organizing events and conferences and are skilled at facilitating digital workshops.
• Independent and Driven: You thrive in self-directed roles and can navigate high-level discussions with confidence and professionalism.
